Well, if you can't carry a team as 4/0 when you that's probably because you belong in that ELO.

kinda hard to carry 4/0 when the enemy is 10/0
That's something stupid to say. How does being 4/0 even matter if the enemy Vayne is 15/0? CS is a much better indicator of skill level imo.
You do realize it is a team game? It is extremely hard to carry a game even if you're 10/0/ especially if other lanes aren't doing well. Being able to single-handedly carry a game even with bad teammates is not what determines where you belong. It's being able to contribute effectively and communicate with your team that determines your elo.
For the record he did sound salty, but people act like carrying is easy. If it's so easy how come challengers lose on their smurfs sometimes? Some games are just uncarryable.
I mean if you're 4-0 and your team is 0-6 0-5 0-3 0-4 than that means there is something wrong with the other players. Just because he is 4-0 doesn't mean anything especially If they have a fed carry who deletes.
Or he was the only person doing damage... Stop saying he ksed.
This happens to me in 90% of my games. I will win my lane and try to help my teammates, but they feed so hard pretty much no one can overcome it.
