"There is no way winning if you're just a bit better, you need to be A LOT better" ~ Paraphrased quote from a Diamond 5
(I'm Silver V btw)
It's such a difficult place to get out of. The skill gap here is huge in some cases, where you get people who are skill wise mid gold players who know the mechanics of this game and know how most things work mixed in with players who are almost beginners to the game and don't know or don't understand simple mechanics like Farming and or simple lane positioning.
People always say "you're just bad, learn to play the game and you'll get out" but when you're losing games because your adc has 57 cs at 24 minutes and your mid laner is 0/8 every 2nd or 3rd game and I need to win at least 6 games to get 100lp PLUS win 2 more to get me over another barbed wire fence just to take one small unnoticeable step forward it gets frustrating when all I want in this game is to improve but I find it impossible when I have been with the same people for the past 2 seasons.
I shouldn't need to win 80 some odd games just to make it to gold, especially when I am going to be losing another 20-30 to make it over 100 games just to step forward.
I hate to mention this, but look at CSGO. There is less ranks, 16 to be exact and it takes not long to get out their low ranks, but it is much more difficult to get to higher ranks, why can't we have this here? The people who suck, stay in the low ranks, and the people who are good, go up, it's simple stuff. Give that to League so that their is some proper skill balance in low elo and people can actually improve instead of having to flip an imaginary coin to see if you get a trash tier ADC who plays thanksgiving dinner and feeds everyone on the enemy team full and gives you no chance of winning.
