The new Brand VFX is terrible. I'm sorry, but those of us who love the champion would rather keep the old VFX than the new. I haven't seen a single rioter reply to any threads talking about this.
Then I go to surrenderat20 only to find more people hating on the new VFX, then I go to YouTube only to find more people hating... you get the idea.
Why won't Riot listen? What is preventing them from seeing any of this?

We are absolutely looking at the feedback, compiling it, and bringing it back to the proper teams.
As you've seen with other updates (Gatekeeper Galio being the most recent) we do care about what players are saying about this, and other aspects of the game.
Please keep in mind that that while we don't respond to every thread (there's a lot more of you than there are of us!) we do take note of what you're saying and discuss the feedback (both positive/negative) that you've given regarding any given topic.
