What if Karthus ult hit every neutral monster and minion too

I, too, would like to take both blue buffs, both red buffs, Dragon, Baron, and every CS on the map in the time span of 3 seconds

lol, that would be so damn crazy. could you imagine especially when URF comes back how often you could ult and basically get CS so damn quick!
