Can We Ban Items Too?
Instead of needing to worry about getting Jax, Yi, Xin, etc. out in bans I'd like to just use one of my bans to get rid of Devourer.

that would be really bad, some champions are really reliant on specific items....banning them would make them at a huge disadvantage and not worth picking
