Today I opened the client and it occasionally has a red ! Notification on the top left corner saying disconnected from PvP.net, might be issue with rito's service. Does this happen to any one else? Because my internet doesn't seem to have any issue but this thing still pop up occasionally every few minutes.

Naenia1 votesI understand that. If you click on common symptoms you will see this also helps with the disconnected from pvp.net error. This can happen even when you're not in a game.

The Deckowner1 votesfps has nothing to do with the connection tho, it is the ping, measured in ms, that measures your connection. Higher the ping the laggier the game. you can turn on ping counter in the setting.

what? im just saying this freakin fps is making my gameplay laggy af.
I usually have 235fps but now im getting 19-40FPS and the difference in gameplay is crazy... with my 30fps i feel like im 
the whole game... my attack speed feels super slow, my clicks and movements have a very noticeable delay.. that to me is lag. now try to play with very low fps with a champ like riven. honestly riot is doing me a favor when my fps goes back up again my riven gameplay is going to be so smooth.
