Post game logs need to be brought to attention. None of these players were punished for their language here.

I got told my mother should have had an abortion two games ago. If Dunkey got punished for his stuff, these people should be punished too. Riot is inconsistent.
You dc'ed, came back and proceeded to die 6 times. You weren't helping. What did you expect?
Report them and specifically mention the lobby chat in the report, the post game chat is included in the chat the system looks at it. If you want to be extra certain action gets taken, submit the un-redacted screenshot as a support ticket.
Well post game logs are a part of Riot's system that checks for abuse, don't be so sure they'll continue to get away with it
