err one less chat restricted game?

so a few days ago when I logged on and found I had 35 chat rests and 10 ranked rest (unfair imo but im not gunna bother fighting with riot over it)

I log in today and Ive got 34 chat rest left and 10 ranked left still

except how can I have 34 games on a chat restriction when I havent played any game .....?

wasnt sure if this was a bug I should but in report a bug BUT I KNOW I HAD 35 SO WHY IS IT 34?!?! I havent played any games >.>
