Regardless if you're accurate or not, you need to stop worrying about other players. You can only really control your game.

Toxic is when someone's negative behavior reduces the performance of the rest of the team. This is more just troll and perhaps intentional feeding.
Although I agree that this person, intentionally feeding or not, should be smacked down to dirt 5 by the hand of god (Riot), this behavior is not necessarily toxic. This is because toxicity, as most would define it in this context, is generally expressed through verbal abuse, harassment, foul language, etc. Feeding isn't toxic, but if it is intentional then it calls for a report for "Intentionally Feeding". This seems to be more of an argument of semantics.
Sht happens all the time, I get that same sht in game also but it's like that other guy said, what can you do. Report and move on, they rage report you also, then when you ask for others to help report and ban this troll/feeder/toxic person, they say you're butthurt or you're salty or some stupid ass reply that just makes no sense and then you're the one that gets reported and looks toxic. The community is trash, will always be trash, this game has become trash since being big. It was beyond better when it was little known and only so little people played it or few, but now that it's MAJOR in gaming, a bunch of lowlife trollers and idiots come and download and play the game and then ruins it for us for little to no reason. There isn't anything hard to understand in the game which makes me wonder why some morons even play, considering how bad and stupid they are and can't understand basics. I just had a Yasuo who was butthurt and racist from the beginning in game and was for no reason (Probably cause he sucks and lost a lot recently or just retarded) he trolled, went double top. Trash talked half of all game. But what can you do? 1 report isn't going to do anything. Neither is a lot, riot is trash, game is trash, community is trash. Better off finding another game LOL!
I understand there are bad players out there, obv. And you can't win them all and EVERY match, it's just not possible. But how can someone expect to have fun when you're always losing or have idiots or trolls on your team? It ruins the fun for everyone else and for yourself also. There's no way of keeping these morons off the game or nothing anyone can do about it. Since league is CONSIDERED a team game, 1 person can't carry always.

The thing about players is that, even when they obviously aren't helping their team and "unskilled player" is a category in reporting, not being good at the game isn't considered toxic behavior because there's no bad intent behind it and it can theoretically be remedied.
Unless this is deliberate feeding (which it does look like given the evidence), then report away. You'd think their LP would drop faster though, no offense.
Also, you shouldn't worry so much about players you're likely to only see a few times at most. It's bad for your health.
