It's too bad that riot defends this type of behavior. I sent in a ticket about it. Their response to me was, and I quote "if your suspension has happened because of internet issues, please fix the problem before playing. afk games hurt your teammates". What the actual fuck? I'm not suspended, nor is that what I even asked you about lol. The people that work their support system really have me doubt their intelligence lol.

Not that I necessarily disagree with what you said, but this crap has to stop. These players are the reason the community is crap. They make up a small portion, but they should be banned once this behavior becomes the norm for them.

They will eventually find themselves in B5. So if you stop worrying about it, you get to Silver (it's literally that easy). This means you will never see them

clyphen2 votesAlthough I agree that this person, intentionally feeding or not, should be smacked down to dirt 5 by the hand of god (Riot), this behavior is not necessarily toxic. This is because toxicity, as most would define it in this context, is generally expressed through verbal abuse, harassment, foul language, etc. Feeding isn't toxic, but if it is intentional then it calls for a report for "Intentionally Feeding". This seems to be more of an argument of semantics.

I can see that if you define toxicity solely on the verbal communication, that you wouldn't consider this toxic. My opinion of something being toxic is if it ruins the game for everyone playing, but I can see how your definition differs. I'm guessing rito's definition is more closely related to yours.

I understand there are bad players out there, obv. And you can't win them all and EVERY match, it's just not possible. But how can someone expect to have fun when you're always losing or have idiots or trolls on your team? It ruins the fun for everyone else and for yourself also. There's no way of keeping these morons off the game or nothing anyone can do about it. Since league is CONSIDERED a team game, 1 person can't carry always.

The thing about players is that, even when they obviously aren't helping their team and "unskilled player" is a category in reporting, not being good at the game isn't considered toxic behavior because there's no bad intent behind it and it can theoretically be remedied.
Unless this is deliberate feeding (which it does look like given the evidence), then report away. You'd think their LP would drop faster though, no offense.
Also, you shouldn't worry so much about players you're likely to only see a few times at most. It's bad for your health.

Qarekeo1 votesThis either means that not enough people are reporting the behavior (which can happen, a lot of people don't bother because they think it won't help) or that the justice system is acting slowly. It takes quite a lot to get a ban I hear.
