What happens when you take a group of people who have no reason to trust, respect or sympathize with each other and put them in a situation where you need to complete a single task as a team.

For the most part, people try to take the helm and make all the calls. You'll get people who will purposely try make things more difficult. And you'll get people who have no idea what they're doing and will bring down the rest of the team.

Ultimately, the task is completed. But how much did you have to do through to accomplish it?
