To be fair, I leave if the team comp isn't solid.
Too many squishies without poke will be destroyed in teamfights, so I'm not going to pick Soraka into three all-in assassins. What's the point of having an adc if nobody can keep the enemy team from diving them?
Dear Teambuilder players who build nonsensical terrible comps, I'm gonna keep leaving. You have every right to play Bard top, and I have every right to not join your team. It takes me 5 seconds to get into another one, so there is no reason to frustrate myself for 20 minutes just so you can be a special snowflake.
You don't want to play with those people anyway.
Run through the checklist:
Physical damage? Magic damage? Crowd control? Objective taking? Mobility? Engage? Disengage? Early game power? Mid game power? Late game power?
If i join this group will my team be missing most of these? Then you bet i'll dodge to find a better comp.
