It's a fairly narrow cone and she has to remain immobile for 3 seconds. Simply step out of the cone. She is my main ADC, and it amazes me how many people don't get out of it until it is too late. I've played against her quite a bit recently and almost never die to the ult.

Her ult did hella damage before too. People just never truly realized. MF was stealth op.

Your argument is basically mine. She has a high risk high reward ult. If you place well and time the use well, you get good damage. If you place poorly, your get destroyed or forced to cancel it. If you time poorly, people just walk out.

She's pretty much fine how she is.

This is true. It would be different if there was no counterplay or fall offs to using her ult. Using her ult innapropriately or even the slightest mispositioning can easily have you killed.
