Does anyone mind me asking why the hell did Twisted Fate get a Blood Moon skin?

Don't misunderstand me, I LOVE THIS SKIN OMG I MUST HAVE IT*[zombie-nunu-hearts]*

But...it feels so far out of left feild. Blood moon has focused almost exclusivley on Ionia champs except for Thresh Kalista and Evelyn (remember that Jhin is technically Ionia). Of Course Diana should get one (THANK GOD) AND Twisted Fate certainly needs a good skin to make up for all the shitty ones he has but.... Blood Moon? Really?
