Just wanted to remind everyone that yes, it is still op.

I don't know about that. Even though everyone is playing Irelia now if you're not in bronze 5 anyone who relies on rageblade is either going to get shut down early game or maybe get a couple doubles before getting shut down by a tank or an ADC/Support combo like Morgana.
