And Japan has a full-on LoL Esports League, but they don't even have a server yet.

And OCE doesn't have a LCS-type deal yet where players get paid a salary so they can actually live and train as a team. They're all University Students who play part-time because OCE's Esports department are too stingy to even play or advertise their games on LoL Esports.
