I have an idea to make riot money and players happy

Custom made skins or champions. I think that alot of players would pay more money for something they designed. I think it should cost a combo of rp and ip though. You should have to earn it. Riot could start with a basic model and a couple different abilities with a sandbox mode. Maybe items? Custom something. Any thoughts...
