Hardest skillshot to land?

On my opinion the hardest skillshot to land is 's Q. OMG ths projectile is so slow that unless you are right on their face or the enemy is just plainly bad (or having lag) I just can't land this.

On other hand, 's Q is the hardest skillshot to dodge. You simply can't predict where he is going to land that because when the projectile appears, it is already there, you don't have time to dodge it. It is extremely unpredictable.
