That's because you don't play support unless you have to.

Items are like champions: only a select few are at the top. The rest can crop up every now and then but are mostly situational soloQ material. This is invariably the case.

I really wish autofilled supports in my games would stop building this item. Or if they are gonna build it, at least stop fucking tagging me when I'm playing Yasuo instead of ADC, like wtf am I supposed to get off this item?

item 3056

I use to get yelled at to build it as Lux, I never did though I never saw the point the stacks take to long to build up, and the buff doesnt last very long although, 20% ap buff is pretty big, it's not worth it for such an unreliable pay out length.

If i have an AD assassin mid sometimes i'll buy it so they can get a crit when they dive in. Makes for some pretty funny plays.

item 3109 + item 3050 Surprisingly not bad.

One amplifies dps, one amplifies defense. Together total 90 Armor when you're facing/headed toward your ally.

Turned 1 game around by using these on the ADC when I was Janna.

Janna's Shield max rank: +40 (+10%AP) Zeke's goes critical: +20% AP feeds into more AD. Zeke's gives target +50% crit chance

Basically, you just gave someone a shield, while you're mitigating damage. (Knight's) You then gave them at least 40 AD (Potentially more) which scales doubly for crit strikes. Their increased DPS feeds back into Knight's healing of you.

Congrats. You used items in an efficient way.

(Probably something like this would work with a tank too, with less DPS boosting. Stacking on a Spirit Visage for more health and healing into that combo might be "fun"... though tank Janna is probably also a consideration now.

Stephenizgod12/13/2016, 8:08:12 AM1 votes

The issue with this is your ADC most likely already has like 60+ Crit Chance, they don't really need more and the ap is useless. Sure you could put this on a champion that doesn't build Crit but the build up time makes it incredibly situational.

If this item gave on-hit effects Im sure it would be better.

Ever heard of... Heart of Gold?

Gavenis741112/13/2016, 4:38:39 PM1 votes

Thought it was Heart of Gold or Mana Potions... Was disappointed

Altonius Amakiir12/12/2016, 2:48:14 PM1 votes

Honestly, when is it actually useful?

FakeGravity12/13/2016, 4:41:01 PM1 votes

is too difficult to take advantage of it unlike other support items, even soraka can build knight vow and heal someone while getting heal herself, it have armor and all, but zeke... oh look i use a random skill and it activate while no enemy is around, they should make it so it only activate when one of you skills or autos hit a champion then it will be core item

The fact that I know that's called Zeke's Harbinger (?) is about all I know about that item. I couldn't tell you the first thing about it with any certainty. Did anyone actually build this item? Lol.

AngelFrost0012/12/2016, 3:31:48 PM1 votes

They litterally also nerfed the item once. WTF?

Volgorath12/12/2016, 7:07:10 PM1 votes

I was expecting Sword of the Divine. Zeke's was my second guess though.

Agent Corgi12/12/2016, 8:20:49 PM1 votes

Heart of Gold anyone? What about that Item?

invisiblecat112/12/2016, 8:43:29 PM1 votes

I liked Zekes Herald a little better
