Can we fix this "first time x" in Ranked please?

Simply buying a champion doesn't mean you're good with them, or even remotely competent enough to play ranked with them.. Why not setup a system that requires you to play x amount of games with said champ in normal queue's before you can rank with them?

Really, nobody should be complaining about that anyway, since.. you know.. you shouldn't be going into ranked on a new champ anyway, there are 4 other people depending on you to be at least semi competent and is completely dis respectful to do it anyway.

Now to combat the people already very well established in ranked, if it was implemented simply allow all people level 30 with at least 30 games of ranked under their belt to pick 15 champions which are instantly unlocked for ranked. The #15 is chosen due to there being 5 lanes, therefore 5 distinctly different styles of champions to choose from, and the off chance that more than 1 of your champions for that lane was banned, with 15 champs available for ranked, greatly nullifies this threat of having no cards left to play with.

Make it say.. 10 wins with x champ in non ranked to "unlock" them for ranked and be eligible for them?
