Really.. I was 10-3 and I surrendered because our Kayle mid DC'd and all 3 of my deaths were to Annie cuz I lagged the fuck out during our skirmishes.
So what does our GP do? Calls me out for surrendering saying that I was trolling the team and that the entire loss (surrender) was my fault.
Whoa. Sorry that the other 2 people in the game surrendered as well. Why didn't he yell/report (at) them? Seriously..
Thats how it works now, every match requires one person to be made into a "scapegoat", to take ALL the blame so that the other 4 players can go "its all X's fault. I played perfect, we lost because of X, Report them plz" (X = Player chosen as the scapegoat)
People have gotten so stuck in thier "Im the best" world that they are happy to report anyone who doesnt play to thier "challenger" (or even in bronze they Believe they are challenger level). No one wants to admit they had any hand in the loss, its easier to just choose someone else to take all the blame.
I have had games like that where everyone is getting facerolled and yet 1-2 players on the team basically hold everyone else hostage. Had a game where a darius trashtalked and degraded the team, then threatened to report any player who surrendered. And When I brought it up on the forum, I was told "Well It (it = calling for a surrender vote or voting yes on surrender) is a reportable offence because it is regarded as Negative attitude. So it is perfectly acceptable to report players who surrender vote because they have a negative attitude"
So now players have a choice, sit (well not like you can, because that is deemed afk if you are not giving a 3 - 72 game your all as if you actually had a chance) and put up with your team trash talking, the enemy team trash talking...Or Call for a surrender vote and risk being reported for THAT, leading to chat bans, restrictions, bans of all kinds.... .....all because you want to admit you are defeated and want to find a new game. I have already stopped dumping my money in rito, because its all they care about. They couldnt care less if the community rots the game from the inside out.
