Looks to me like a stealth champion. Seeing as how he is invisible in the teaser. Although riot is terrible at teaser trailers because wtf was up with the tryndamere tree in the jhin teaser or the zed sona vi garen thing.

He wasn't invisible, he was in the darkness of space, and appears to have black skin/scales. The jhin trailer showed exactly what Jhin was capable of- the tree was simply one of the effects he had in his magic bullets. The only one in gameplay is the flower for simplicity's sake.
The reason for Vi, Garen, Sona and Zed's deaths will likely be revealed in Jhin's long lore entry.
Trailers are cool.
