What's the difference between "miscellaneous" and "general discussion"

Miscellaneous is where you post random stuff that doesn't fit into any other forum.

General Discussion is an old forum from the previous incarnation of the boards that essentially evolved into its own subculture and is very much its own distinct thing that has little to do with the rest of the forums (or sometimes LoL in general). Enter at your own risk.
