Every Master/Challenger on my friend list is struggling to get out of Platinum/Diamond V right now

Maybe it's just me, but there's a serious problem when they're barely holding 50% win rate in Platinum.

Currently, there is nothing an individual can do to positively impact the outcome of the game. It comes down 100% to your team mates; the best you can do is not cause your team to lose. Even one bad player can end the game.

Skill has never been as irrelevant as it is now, and that's not okay.
