so when will the client pop up when its my turn to ban?

Also what happened to that "grace period" where you can still ban at 0 seconds and it wont dodge you..

this "if you dont ban you lose 3lp and 'dodge the game'" shit is stupid.

not only does the client no pop up when its my turn to ban, but I couldnt panic ban at 0 seconds? I clicked a champ and hit the ban button but it still dodged me out.

fix your shit riot or give me an option in champ select that is "Do not want to be a banner"
