I know this has been said before, but I'm just reiterating that person's opinion because I liked their idea.
So, just like how you could add a comment to a complaint you're filing against someone, I think it would be cool to be able to add a comment to someone who you're honoring to let Riot know why you're honoring them. Sometimes Teamwork just isn't enough, ya know?

In addition to the above, the new Tribunal will have the ability for players to review positive behaviors and reward players with in-game bonuses, and some algorithmic upgrades to improve efficiency of the system, accuracy in detecting troll voters, and improves overall system accuracy.
I know he said more about this previously, but this was the first instance I found.
Not enough people are whining about the honour system for Riot to put priority on it. Their PB team's only priority is shutting up people who are whining... which is why they rushed out the crappy leaverbuster system. So ya gotta get people to whine if you want them to change anything.
