I just opened my client and it as totally bugged out

I tried to log in few minutes ago and the client was all pixelated and blury. I restarted it and its ok now. What I am worried about however is that the virus I had registered yesterday might have corrupted my LOL files or something and I see that some people got banned for hacking because they were messing with their LOL files. Is there a chance something is wrong or its just a bug/my pc bugged or something else ?
