"Trolling because one of your allies is going off-meta is so much worse than just meta breaking"

The real question here is what is the link between trolling and meta breaking? is ad heim jungle who seems to be trying to do something but still goes 0-12 trolling or meta breaking? Would be nice if riot could specify.
