AFK, Negative, and Immature Players

Are these the type of players you want playing this game Riot? 90% of my games have children in them. They purposefully grief you until they feel better about themselves. You give me players who use a potato as a modem. Let us not forget the negative players that use every homophobic slur known to man. I have uninstalled this crap for a few days because it is just so frustrating to play a game that is on point . . . but the community is so negative and toxic that there is no point in playing it. You allow these players to play the game and cause drama for everyone else. What do you do about it? Give them a pat on the back and a fifteen minuet ban. Thanks for doing your job, Riot.
