When does the July Skin Sale start selling the skins on the list?
Wave brought the internet back and now I can't wait! It's July!! WHERE ARE THE SKINS

they release them over the course of the month usually 3 champions and 3 skins over 3 days at a time not entire list they spread it out over the month
The current champion/skin sale they have right now is going to last until 7/3. On 7/4 is when the next 3 champions/skins will be on sale.
