50 50 Matches will never happen because individual ranks have lost accurate meaning.

I don't understand how Riot thinks they can get accurate 50 50 matches when there can be people who were dynamic boosted sometimes playing alone or people who normally play alone switching to a dynamic. Individual ranks aren't accurate and I don't see a fix and Riot doesn't seem to be treating this as an issue at all.
