Make all skins available in sandbox mode so you can try out different skins?

I would appreciate if i was allowed to test out different skins before making the final decision on which one to buy. Right now I always look up their ingame look in youtube videos, but I'd love to try them out before buying skins. (This is also because some of the old skins are of poor quality, but still expensive)

And I don't think that people wouldn't buy skins just because they can play them all the time in sandbox. (Excluding skins that are unavailable in the store)
