IP rewards for Dominion

So I had just played a game of Dominion in which my team completely shut out the enemy team. They didn't have any afks, there was nobody that joined late, we just captured all of the objectives and won within 6:34 seconds. However, during the match screen, I was informed that because the game didn't exceed seven minutes in length that I was rewarded no ip. Not only that, but I was capable of getting my first win bonus. I request that you only restrict these ip games for CUSTOM GAMES ONLY that way matchmaking for legitimate matches is still rewarding, even if the game ends up like mine just did.
