what is preseason?
Im still silver 3. i thought it gets reset? Do I have more time to play ranked?

Preseason is kinda like practice for new season. U retain your ranked division till start of new season, u can also climb or drop. But once new season starts u will be unranked.
Yea, new season doesn't start until January I believe. It's basically time to try out the new patches and for people like me (who played a lot of ranked last season) a time to take a step back from ranked.
