When will Swamp master kennen come back?

Mannny··1 votes·661 views

This is probably a common question, but I will ask anyways. Is there a specific date for when legacy skins come back into league? I clearly want swamp master kennen back, but when do they usually come back? I don't particularly want it, but kennen is my current favorite top laner and I just want to know if there is a specific date they release kennen legacy skins.
