@Riot, can we please get an in-built Computer Grading and Speed Test for Client.

Put simply, people who play this game are irresponsible. This isn't helped at all that players are barely accountable for their actions. They jump into Ranked on their toaster and/or without checking their ping. Champion select ends. GUESS WHO NEVER EVEN CONNECTS?! GUESS WHO GOES 1/10 AND COMPLAINS ABOUT HOW LAGGY THE GAME IS?!

Better still, GUESS WHO REALLY SUFFERS THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ACTIONS?

It's the dedicated players who have been steadily progressing through the tiers, or taking 20 minutes between each Ranked game to de-stress and make sure they're mentally stable for their next game. The ones who want to improve, who get some insensitive jackass literally sabotaging their last promo game.

This is why there should be a mandatory system scan on login to mark that account and the computer they're playing on as 'safe' or 'non-safe', and an internet speed test before every game to do the same thing.

If that player's internet speed or system don't meet requirements, they can't play Ranked. It's as simple as that. They can still play Normals, and Bots, and Customs and what not. But, for the sake of the game's integrity, they should not be allowed to ruin a ranked game for 9 other people.
