@Riot, can we make remakes automatic?

Rito, I just had a game where our mid-laner didn't log into the game at all from the start. My team refused to remake the game, refused to open mid even though the game was literally over at the 4 minute mark since every lane except mine were already down 2 kills that quickly. And to top it off, they wouldn't even surrender at 20 even though we had zero towers, and the enemy team had two of our inhibs. and were up 25 kills.

Please oh please just make remakes automatic so we don't have to suffer through troll idiots anymore.

I've had a couple of games where my team got a few kills before the remake thing was up, we just decided "fuck it, let's see where this goes" and ended up winning. That's why I don't want to force into a remake just because there's an AFK.

I mean, at bronze or silver levels of play, 4v5 is entirely possible. Reminds me of when a teammate I was in voicechat with disconnected from the start of the game as our top laner. That's usually a no-win scenario, right? But, as our Jungler at the time, I managed to fill in for him and help our team win.

However, I also sometimes wish that the remake was forced. Because games like the one I mentioned above are really rare. Plus, in ranked games when your team thinks they can pull it off, you shouldn't have to lose LP just because your team was full of Faker-wannabes that fed hard since there wasn't another person to help out in the teamfights and laning. So I propose a different solution: Why not have remakes automatic in Ranked but voluntary in Normals?
