Why the heck is it called Downfall though?

Probably because it's rumored that Taric is a Celestial Aspect of Mount Targon. Legends say that there are incredible warriors that fall from the sky, crashing down from Mount Targon.. Maybe that's why it was titled Downfall, because Taric is coming down.. and it's going to be fabulous.
