1: make it so you can't enter a ranked game with out having at least 1 completed rune page (had a xerath no runepage, lets just say zed got really fed) 2: Make afking in a ranked game an instant level 1 leaver punishment, just like if you dodge a ranked queue during a series it counts as a loss, I think afking in ranked should be as harsh as that.

You would make a terrible leader lol. I've seen people talk about the ranked gameplay about not having 1 runepage = cannot play ranked but.. What stops them from buying lowest tier/cheapest runes and spam filling all the slots? Have it where they can't do that? How ? More coding that riot doesn't want to do? It's just so much more that they probably don't want to add.

Due to what I've heard about ranked gameplay, it's hard to determine an afk without reports from the team and seeing what they did in game through the stats and time you can see after game. People who D/C probably wouldn't be fair to them due to maybe something troubling on their side, and afk 1 time = level 1. This is so radical that it's just a horrid idea, this isn't a dictatorship sir.
