After-game stats chat serves no other purpose than flaming...
...and on top of that I have serious doubts it is reviewed for reports even when stated so in the report. Get rid of it.

"I don't like thing, make it go away"
It IS reviewed in reports by the way.
You're doing it wrong then. I use it to point out opponents that played really well or to thank team mates that helped out a lot. I'm disappointed when players jump out too quick that I don't get a chance to thank them for their play.
If someone was not a good team mate, I just ignore them. Flaming in end game chat serves no good. And those that use it to flame do not deserve a response.
With on line communication, when confronted with negative people, silence is golden. Use your words for praise and support.
Cry more.
