...and on top of that I have serious doubts it is reviewed for reports even when stated so in the report. Get rid of it.

You're doing it wrong then. I use it to point out opponents that played really well or to thank team mates that helped out a lot. I'm disappointed when players jump out too quick that I don't get a chance to thank them for their play.

If someone was not a good team mate, I just ignore them. Flaming in end game chat serves no good. And those that use it to flame do not deserve a response.

With on line communication, when confronted with negative people, silence is golden. Use your words for praise and support.
