Why did riot remove Azirs knock up and replace it with a shit shield?

"replace with shield"?

Both the knock-up & shield came together in his release. The knock-up was removed because it gave him way too much synergy with his WQER combo. The combo was spammed tons of times in LCS before, and Riot had to do something about it.

Because it made him too strong.
