Better take away the ability to use icons for a certain period of time. Also place restrictions on chatting. Like in Lineage 2 if you get chat banned by the system for spamming (like typing something many times in a certain time-frame) then you'd get chat banned for a couple of minutes. However, after ban being lifted, you can type less times for a certain period of time. Eg: you type something 10 times in 10seconds -> chat ban-> chat ban lifted-> you type something 7 times in 7seconds-> chat ban This would take care of people who rage in chats, typing like this:
10:00 something something 10:04 (All) something something 10:07 something 10:10 (All) something else
you get the idea.
