Sound on the new Champion Select

I have my music turned off for the new champion select and sometimes when I am banning I find that the sound only comes in during the last 5 seconds of the banning phase. It's kind of bad when I forgot I had to ban and I really had no sound to indicate I was banning to begin with. Is there a way we can change this or make the sound tick down from 10 seconds like the old one did?
