First off, I go 6-4 in promos and drop down to silver (for whatever reason). Then I work my way into promo matches....
And get matched up against s4 plats. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? How on earth are you going to say I don't deserve to advance to silver 2 because I only went 2/1 against a 4 Plat team. This game is getting to be really annoying....

Riot is really strict about your division placing after your provisionals this season. It's only possible to get one division higher than the division that you got in season 4. For example, if I was silver 3 last season, the highest division that's possible for me to get into once I finish my provisionals is silver 2.
Protip: Plat border does not mean S4 Plat. It means they completed promos to Plat V at some point during the season, then stayed above Gold V until the cutoff date. Their MMR could have been mid-Gold, low Gold, or even Silver when the reset happened, and then they were pushed even lower.
You're complaining skill, MMR, and division are not perfectly lining up 2 days after the reset happened. Give it some time; you have unreasonable expectations.
