I can see why the E.U servers always have problems!!

Riot always try to find an excuse of the why the E.U servers are always problematic

Well i have the answer you can call me conspiracy theorist but when i play on E.U servers i barely see any skin i dont see many players owing some skin

So i am starting to believe that riot is all like "well you dont buy skins in Europe we dont care about the servers"
