Hearthstone has tavern brawls every week and the first win you get on a tavern brawl each week gives you a free card pack.
Every weekend when Riot rotates game modes they should give you a free chest and key when you win, then the rotating games modes would get more plays and we would get more chests.
Just winning an RGM is way too easy a requirement for a free chest and key.
They have controlled drop rates for a reason. Every free item obtained is one less potential monetary purchase, and as a business Riot does in fact like to make money.
Maybe instead, they could have grades for how well u performed in the game mode, and the first S u get in a game mode, you get a chest? It can only happen once per game mode per season though :b
Or, who knows, maybe if you want something, just use your own money to buy it, not sure if anyone has ever thought about such option. We are already getting free chests and keys unless you have been a gigantic genitalia towards others.
Not usually against free stuff and not this stingy about things but so many people want more and more free stuff.
