What you find annoying when playing with your lower elo friends?

Look I am a low elo player and I know there is still a lot I need to learn and I still make tons of mistakes. I ended last season gold 3 and play with silver 3-bronze 1 friends a lot. One thing that annoys me playing with them is their hypocritical expectations of jungling. Like when their in lane they expect to stomp the enemy laner and get ganks 24/7. If they die to a gank its the junglers fault and if they don't get ganks every minute then "our jungler sucks" or "where is our jungler". But then they go jungle and literally are stuck farming the jungle 24/7 dying to jungle camps, never around to cover lanes or take dragon or do much of anything. I just find it hilarious yet frustrating when playing with them because they bitch so much about needing/wanting ganks and make fun of my jungling sometimes but then when they go jungle they are pretty much literally 100% useless.
