Legacy Gems for previous Emerald Taric skin?

Will we get the border if we owned it before it goes back on sale permanently? All good if not, just curious.

I highly doubt it. The border was only for Limited skins that Riot brought back as Legacy skins. Emerald Taric was never considered Limited, only Legacy.

Did I miss something? Are they removing the Legacy status from Emerald? They didn't do that for any of the other reworked champs with Legacy skins.
