The actual reason why Riot disabled rankeds
They want you to leave home, take a breath of fresh air, drink a juice on the cafeteria, meet new people, and discover that life is not just playing LoL for 24 hours continuously.

Leave home? Is there another map behind the door? Fresh air? Never heard of it. Cafeteria? What's that? Peo-ple? What's that "life" you speak of?
Many people complain because they only get a certain amount of time to play ranked and when Riot gives us BS we get upset. It was suppose to be up by now, but I guess you gotta add 5 hours to the time Riot gives us
