I've been chat restricted a long time.

I was never restricted under the old system but ever since the new system came out I've basically been perma chat restricted.

I probably deserve it but having such large/chained chat restrictions also removes my desire to improve in anyway. The only time since the stop of the council that I've not been chat restricted is when I stopped playing jungle and just mained other roles. There seems to be no reason to improve if I'm just going to be chat restricted for 100+ or - games every time I get off a restriction.
