Question for riot.
Why do you buff champions like nidalee after they are already one of the best. and you dont help champions like teemo or urgot at all?

Teemo is fine, and you can't just say "nid is one of the best" ever champ is the best champ if you play them right, its not the champ that makes you good it's the player.
